Popcorn popcorn popcorn!!!

A reminder that we are selling Trails End popcorn to support our Cub Scout Pack, and also the individual scouts within the pack!

Please ask people to make the checks out to "Pack 66".  
Order forms are due on Monday, October 29th. 
The popcorn will be delivered in mid-November.


So... what do popcorn sales help pay for?

Here are some of the anticipated costs for individual Cub Scouts 2012-2013:
Fall Camporee (Webelos only):  $20

• Re-registering for 2013:  $30 
• Polar Cubs:  $30 
• Summer Camp (Cub Scouts):  $100-120 
• Summer Camp (Boy Scouts):  $250 
• Webelos Woods or Spring Camporee:  $20 

Some of the Pack expenses:

• Pack Meetings
• Awards 
• Pinewood Derby cars

First Den Meeting

The first Den Meeting for Pack 66 will be held on Monday, September 10th, 6:30 pm, at St. Bernards' Parish Center. See you there!

Camp Navajo 2012

Polar Cubs 2012

With the lack of snow and frozen-hard ground we weren't able to go snow-tubing this year, but the camp staff improvised with some new & interesting activities for this year's Polar Cubs.

Summer Activities

This summer, many of our scouts went to scout camp.  For some, sleeping outdoors with nothing but a canvas tent between their sleeping bag and the outdoor critters was a new experience that won't be forgotten. 

Our Wolves, Bears, and 1st-year Webelos went to Camp Akela.



While our 2nd-year Webelos attended Camp Navajo, which is part of the Boy Scouts' Tomahawk Scout Reservation.

Our next main event will be our End of the Year Pack Meeting

Saturday, June 18th, 2011, 11:00 am

NEW LOCATION!

Please join us at Lake McCarrons in Saint Paul to
celebrate the end of the year with a picnic. The park at
Lake McCarrons is in Roseville on Rice Street.

Hotdogs will be provided, but please bring a dish to
share.

There is a swimming beach and a fishing pier at Lake
McCarrons, but these activities are not part of our Pack
66 agenda. You are welcome to fish or swim at your
leisure after our event has officially concluded.
